Ingredients:
- 12 oz. Flaked Oats
- 12 oz. Roasted Barley
- Wyeast 1332 Northwest Ale or White Labs WLP041 Pacific Ale Yeast
Malts:
- 9 lbs Pale Malt
- 6 oz. Crystal 40
- 6 oz. Crystal 80
- 6 oz. Munich
- 4 oz. Chocolate Malt
Hops:
- 1/4 oz. Columbus 15%a, 60 minutes
- 1/4 oz. Northern Brewer 9%a, 10 minutes
Directions:
- Mash all grains for 1 hour at 152 degrees.
- Sparge at 170 degrees.
- One hour boil with hop regimen above.
- Ferment at 63-68 degrees.
- Rack to keg or secondary age for 4 weeks.
